The tenant agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb neighbors. The tenant agrees that no illegal activities will take place on the property. Subleasing or short-term rentals, including but not limited to Airbnb, are not permitted.The landlord reserves the right to enter the property with proper notice, typically 24 hours, except in the case of an emergency. Upon termination of the lease, the tenant agrees to return the property in good, clean condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and to return all keys.
