    The first thing you see when entering the home is the long hallway that connects to the Great Room. The foyer has an entry bench and around the corner from that is the Office/Music Room, Guest Bedroom with walk-in closet and Guest Bathroom with tub/shower. The Office has built-in file drawers in the closet and lots of shelving, too. A printer, paper and ink are available. As you can see there is a cozy reading area and electric piano for pianist of all levels. The Guest Room has a queen bed and built-in shelving and rod in the closet. This split bedroom/office/bath plan provides for lots of privacy. The large window that is seen on the front of the house is located in the Office. Walking on down the hall the first door to the left is the Laundry/Mud Room. The Speed Queen washer and dryer are amazing. There is laundry soap available. This room leads to the attached three-car garage. There is no step between this room and the garage so the home is handicap accessible. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage as well as additional shelving. A lawn mower will be stored in the back corner of the garage for lawn care provided by the Carlson's. There is also a work bench with various and sundry tools available if needed. The trash and recycling barrels are located in the garage. Trash is picked up every Tuesday morning and recycling, the blue barrel, every other Tuesday morning. Now, back through the Laundry/Mud Room to the hallway and straight ahead is a coat closet with built-in shelving. Across from this closet is another closet that is under the stairwell. Now, a quick turn to the left and up the stairs to the large Bonus Room. This room has a twin adjustable bed, a television and an adult size beanbag. A large desk in the corner provides more private space. There is a large closet, again with built-in shelving, and a full bath with tub and shower. Back down the stairs you will see the overall plan of the Great Room, Kitchen and Dining Room. The Great Room has two leather reclining chairs and a sofa and love seat. The gas fireplace lights with the flick of a switch and the TV pivots for best viewing. In the Kitchen you will find all Kitchenaid Black Stainless appliances. The Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, electric chopper, pitchers, vases, glassware, dishware, utensils that are shown, kitchen linens, foil, cling wrap, baggies, Rubbermaid storage bowls of different sizes and a walk-in pantry that show various bowls and small appliances including slow cooker and electric steamer. Whew! The Dining Room table is extendable and is shown at full length in the pictures. There are six chairs and another six chairs in the stairwell closet. The patio doors have pull-down shades, plus draperies if needed. Now back to the stairwell hallway, with the tall oval mirror, which leads to the Master Suite. In the Bedroom there is an adjustable King bed with memory foam mattress, two night stands with three drawers each, a media cabinet with three large drawers. In the bottom drawer are the extra sheets. The sitting area in the bedroom is nice for privacy, too. The window blinds in this room raise from the bottom, while other blinds throughout the house have wands and cords. A large window looks out to the beauty of the backyard. The Master Bath includes a two sink vanity with three drawers and two cabinets, separate toilet room with large cabinet above. The tiled walk-in shower and the walk-in tub with jets are there for full relaxation. The walk-in tub has insertable essential oils and a soaking salt bath is recommended. The Master walk-in closet provides two sets of four-drawer built-in cabinets. To the right of the right cabinet you will find two rows of hanging rods that are not shown in the pictures. Now, back to the Dining Room and outside through the patio doors. To your right you will find a gas grill, to the left is a patio table and six chairs. The pictures will speak for themselves re the beauty of the backyard. The bi-monthly light housekeeping consists of floors, bathrooms and counters. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and wifi. Lease term is negotiable with a 3 month minimum. Lawn care and snow removal included! Dog must be 15lbs or less with a $1500 deposit.
