Fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a temporary stay in the quaint neighborhood of Pualei Circle at the foot of Diamond Head. Walking distance to the beaches, park, and Waikiki. This location is ideal! Or, relax at the pool side on the property. The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, a large lanai of an additional 142 square feet, and much more. There is one reserved, uncovered parking stall. If you're looking for a place to have social gatherings often, this is NOT the place for you. This is a quiet building and neighborhood. I'd like to select tenants that match this environment. No smoking No pets *Please note that the color of the floors are grey. The pictures made them look brown. And the lanai's flooring is still in the works of getting painted. The picture I included is altered to show what it may look like when it is done. There will be plantation shutters added to the lanai as well. I'll be asking that the tenant cooperate with those projects during occupancy without compensation. I will not be able to do showings between April 21-April 28, 2022, as I will be out of town. I can gladly show the property to you prior to or after those dates. Please let me know if you have any questions! The rent of $3,000.00/month includes water, Internet, and basic cable. Tenant pays for the electricity and also any extra Internet or cable beyond what is provided. A security deposit of $3,000.00 is required. With your application, you will be required to provide me with your credit score and copy of your recent paycheck stub.
