We are renting this apartment which includes a 6X7' outdoor shed. Flat rate of $175 to 200 monthly for utilities: gas, electric, water, sewer and garbage. This is a very private, secure, well-maintained apartment with owners in the other half of the duplex. It is back off the street with a gated driveway, off-street parking, and has private fenced front and back yards, yet is still within the Tucson city limits. It is wired for cox cable and is hooked up to a solar backup power system. It has a heat pump to provide heating and air conditioning, and 1 bath with a large shower. There is a lot of storage space inside, with a large pantry, and large bedroom closet and other storage shelves in the bathroom. Laundry hookups are on the porch for a washer and an electric dryer and a clothes line in the rear yard is also available. The kitchen has lots of cabinets and a long counter top, a gas stove, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. It has all ceramic tile floors and new window coverings. No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense is allowed inside the apartment. We prefer no pets, but if one is allowed, it must be preapproved and requires an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. There is also a small pet door. The apartment is close to bus lines and the Tucson Mall and convenient to almost any type of store needed. We require a lease agreement for 1 year minimum with a $925 deposit. Rent plus $175 - 200 for utilities. There is a lease/rental agreement that must be signed
