This is a 2nd floor apartment with a private entrance located in Perryville, MD near the RT 22 -- I 95 interchange. There are 3 apartments in this building located in a country atmosphere. The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, full bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen has a vinyl floor, full size electric stove and refrigerator with a pantry. The living room and bedrooms are average size with new carpet. The entire apartment has been painted along with all the trim and the new doors except for the paneled areas. There are hookups for a tenant supplied washer and dryer in the basement. New windows have recently been installed. This is a very quiet building except for the road traffic. The electric baseboard heat and electric hot water are NOT included in the rent and a window A/C unit will be required for cooling. There is plenty of parking. Security deposit of one months rent and one full months rent is required ($1250). The 2nd month's rent will be prorated if move-in is not on the first of the month. We do not have a long-term lease but rather a renter's agreement and rent month to month. A standard application is required. Non-smoking tenants or ones willing to smoke outside would be preferred.
