No drugs, no excessive drinking, smoking outside only, limited visitors of 1 person a maximum of 2 times weekly. Must be able to respect others and abide by building rules in rental agreement. Absolutely NO pet. You will be required to have a picture ID for background check and proof of verifiable employment or income of no less of 30 days. 3 month minimum rental agreement, not eligible for deposit refund upon move out if you stay a shorter-term. Shared common areas include showers, kitchen, laundry or anywhere outside of your unit. There are Community rules everyone must go by. Security cameras in the parking area, hallways, Lobby, kitchen, laundry and around the property to help keep property and tenants safe and secure and to cut down on problems. Extended Cable, secure Wi-Fi. Some units have a private restroom in them(toilet and sink)some unitss do not but there are plenty of hallway clean restrooms. Each unit has its on air conditioner/heating window unit. Pay laundromat inside of building. Fully furnished with a bed, TV, refrigerator, table, chair and a nightstand or bring your own furniture. Unit with a private restroom is $595 a month or $170 weekly plus your $200 deposit. Unit without a private restroom is $545 a month or $150 weekly plus your $170 deposit.
