The current property has been updated to a kind of duplex. A 2 BR 1 BR side and a 250 sq. ft. studio with a full bath and kitchen. The utilities have not been separated nor a A orB address. I've added a lot survey and note that the lot drops about 6 feet from the street to the front of the house, then drops about another 3 feet from the back of the house and then drops about another 3 feet in the last 10 feet of the lot. added some pictures of the 2BR side, slightly out of date as the closets now have solid core doors. The studio batch has the same bathroom marble and shower door, same ikea sink, cabinets just one sink, etc. The studio also has the same top end GE microwave on steroids with convection, thermal and halogen modes.
