Due to unexpected circumstances I have to relocate to Europe after 3 month living in this modern beautiful apt complex (signed 15m lease). It is cheaper $128 per month if you take the lease over from me than sign a new one with the apt complex. I also have nice furniture in excellent condition that you can buy from me saving the hassle and cost of moving. I am leaving on Oct 9, we would split the first month rent.
