This is a stand alone suite located on a resort (there are other properties on the resort, but not attached to this one). It is like a gated community, but independent of each other, just sharing a common gate. There is a small backyard near a lake. Free outdoor parking next to the suite. The resort is gated as well as the entire mountain where the resort is on. Currently only 6 households existed on the mountain. The rest are mostly avocado farms. Three to Six month leases are offered at $200 extra per month more than what is listed. Month-to-month rental is possible at $300 extra per month more than what is listed. It is 12 miles from Vista and Oceanside shops and 8 miles from Pala Casino, and 45 miles from downtown San Diego. Total lot size is about 3,000 SF. A 10-foot radius around the property is considered part of the lot. Utilities (gas, water and electricity) are not included. The renter must pay utility costs or pay a fixed amount of $100 per month.
