There will be only two people living in the condo in total. Street parking is available. Floor plan: First level: shared space-kitchen, living room, and a half bathroom (not shared). Second level: 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Location: the unit is located at MetroWest Loft in Fairfax. 7 mins away walk from Vienna metro station (easy access to DC, George Mason University shuttle, and free Fairfax City bus). Grocery stores include Safeway Giang, Lidl, Costco Walmart Target HMart 99 Ranch, and Great Wall 15 mins drive to Tyson Mall 10 mins drive to Mosaic. 18 mins to DC. There is a community center right across the street that includes a fitness room. Pets: there are a rabbit and four chinchillas in the house. The rabbit and chinchillas are kept in a room separate from the rest of the house. Expectation: No guest visits Like animals Keep the common area clean Non smoker, no pets.
