All flooring in the condo is new, featuring hard wood throughout, carpet in the bedrooms, and area rugs in the great room and lanai. No matter what you do in the great room, from entertaining to watching the Ultra HD Curved Screen television, comfort and style is yours to enjoy. Should an extra guest drop by, the great room sofa converts to a queen bed. The dining area seats 4 to 6 in coastal elegance. The kitchen offers a full size refrigerator with an ice maker, a four burner electric stove with double oven and a microwave. All the dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are new. Lastly, the lanai, with it's two comfortable swivel chairs, offers you the ideal view of the bay.
