You also have access to the community garden which is literally right next door to the house. It is easy to get to Charlotte or Lake Norman from here; I-77 is close but there are lots of back ways if you want to skip rush hour traffic! New Flooring and paint throughout all THREE floors of this house. The third floor has its own independent HVAC unit (the rest of the house uses a different hvac unit). The kitchen has plenty of cabinets, and the dining room is bright and airy (both are not pictured come see it yourself!) There is no HOA and there is plenty of parking. Neighbors are friendly, as is everyone in this safe neighborhood. **No smoking (conventional or the vaping/e-variety)** **Pets conditional with a non-refundable $200 fee per pet** **Rent is $1,800 per month + standard one month's security deposit** Available May 1st but can move that date earlier or later if necessary. Huntersville has a goal to make it the BEST place to live in NC in the next few years, so all this money is being poured into downtown Huntersville. You would be hard pressed to find a better location for Huntersville living now, or in the future! The road construction is almost done near the house though. Another thing to consider: we are a local family. If there is ever an issue with the house or appliances we can address it QUICKLY. We are not some Wall Street company that's been buying up houses and never gets around to assisting the tenants. Come to the open house and bring $40 cash to cover the credit & background check fee. Preference will be given to anyone willing to sign a TWO year lease. This house always surprises people it's a great place to live! Renter pays for all utilities; renter is NOT responsible for lawn maintenance.
