This is a quiet area with working adults. Parking lot provided. No large/loud parties. No smoking inside. No laundry on site. NO PETS. You pay a $40 flat rate for water that is already included in your monthly rent price - we pay the rest. You pay for electric. $800 a month - priced for ONE applicant. Tenant pays for power, internet, etc. We pay for water. No smoking inside the units.
