    2 bedroom bungalow in West Asheville. Walking distance to both New Belgium and Haywood Rd. It's a classic 1920's 2 bedroom that you see all over this side of town. Total $1900 (without utilities). Utilities include water, gas, electric, and internet. Kitchen and bathroom were redone/updated in 2024. Pets ok! There is a $100 pet fee. I am a single landlord. This is my only property, so there is no management company or 3rd party to work with. I live about a mile away and am here to help with anything that comes up! April 1st would be great, but I can prorate if you need to move in later in the month. Up for negotiation! Would prefer a year lease that starts April 1, and then converts to month-to-month.
