Our fully-furnished home is available for rental on a monthly basis-- perfect for those relocating, visiting family, or discovering the area for the first time. We are seeking 30-180 day rentals. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Our home is fully furnished with utilities included. A $750 security deposit will be requested after booking. Located in a brand-new subdivision, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfectly appointed to welcome you and those you love for stays of 1 to 6 months. Upon pulling up to the home, you will notice a nice driveway that leads right into a 2-car garage, which is available for guest use. When you come through the front door, you will be welcomed into a foyer area, with places to store your shoes and bags. The Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom/office are to your left. If you proceed straight down the hallway, you will come to the open-concept living area. A kitchen with a full island and stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with all you will need for cooking homemade meals. The dining space has room for 6 and leads to the backyard and small patio space. When you're ready to relax, the living room features cozy sofas, a large Smart TV (available for streaming only, no cable), which sits atop an electric fireplace. The Master bedroom is off of the living room, giving it space and privacy from the other two bedrooms. It features a King Bed with a Purple mattress, nightstands, dresser, and TV. The large Master Bathroom has a double vanity and stall shower, and leads to a large walk-in-closet. At the front of the house, the Queen room features a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and dresser. The small twin bedroom also doubles as an office. It has one twin bed and a large sit-to-stand desk available for your use.
