Fairfax North Townhomes are located off of Coburg Rd., behind Monroe Middle School.We are also near all the varied shopping and restaurants of Oakway Shopping Center, but is nestled just far enough away to allow for a quiet atmosphere and light traffic.Our townhomes offer two levels with a sliding back door that opens up to a deck.There is an attached one car garage.The bedrooms and full bath are upstairs and the living, kitchen, laundry and half bath are downstairs.The bedrooms measure 12x12 and 12x14.One dog weighing less than 25 pounds are welcome. Sorry, no cats. We rent month-to-month.The deposit is $720.There is a fee of $15 for garbage each month.$200 reservation deposit, which is deducted from your deposit once approved. If not, it is refunded.The application fee is $35 per adult.$300 pet deposit, with a signed pet agreement.We do not accept section 8.
