Basement and laundry is currently shared between both units laundry hookups for both tenants will be available so locking mechanism on washer and dryer for each unit is recommended but not required 12 month term. Applicant will be responsible for a monthly rent payment of $1000 and either a $900 security deposit or the monthly rent will be raised by $75.00 to a total of $1075 for 12 months with the extra $75 going into the security deposit fund. The security deposit will be refunded when tenant vacate the property as long as property is in the same condition it was in when lease was established. If there are damages or required cleaning due to excessive neglect the security deposit will be applied to cleaning and correction of any damages. Property condition at the time of lease will be established on a separate contract with photographs as evidence of current property condition.
