Also, "comparable" sales could be in COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NEIGHBORHOODS and may even include mobile homes! Don't be fooled by people who put a value on a home they have never seen. When you see this property, you'll see the value in the updates, and you'll love the huge fenced yard and great neighborhood.
