We are also near all the varied shopping and restaurants of Oakway Shopping Center, but is nestled just far enough away to allow for a quiet atmosphere and light traffic. There are washer/dryer hook ups and an attached one car garage. The bedrooms and full bath are upstairs and the livingroom, diningroom, kitchen and 1/2 bath are downstairs. The bedroom measure 12x12 and 12x14. We do the yard work for you. Month to month. $35 application fee per adult. $200 reservation deposit, which is deducted from deposit once approved. If not approved it is refunded. Bankground checks, criminal, credit, rental history. No pets. Garbage is paid. We do the yard work.
