    We have received a lot of interest for our property. At this time (3/1), we will not be accepting new requests for tours. This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style home with a finished basement, detached oversized 2-car garage and extra parking, and shed will be available to rent on April 1st, 2023. Large backyard with screened in patio that is a great space for entertaining. This is a quiet neighborhood that is blocks away from the Oneida Center, Central Park shopping center, and King Soopers grocery store. Convenient to downtown, Anschutz Medical Campus, and I-70. This is for rent by owner (Residential Rental License #2022-BFN-0015049), who is looking for tenants who will take care of this property both inside and out. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis at an additional fee. Current tenants are in the process of moving out so rental showings will be scheduled over the weekend of March 10th during specific blocks of time or on a case-by-case basis during the week of March 6th. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, electrical, gas, etc.). Trash service (medium sized bin) and bimonthly mowing service is built into the monthly rent. Maintenance of yard is expected. No smoking or vaping (i.e. cigarettes or marijuana) allowed inside the home. Well-behaved pets with no history of aggression are allowed on case-by-case basis with an associated pet rental amount of $30/month per pet (up to 3) and a refundable $300 pet deposit. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house that you're welcome to use for as long as they last. If you have your own, we can remove ours. Additionally, tenant is required to obtain and maintain personal rental insurance throughout occupancy stay, and rental payments shall be made electronically.
