In addition to deer and duck hunting, there is also prime hunting for small game. During the summer months, the Sunflower River can offer catfishing as well. Twin Lake Delta Common Lodge is situated on 3.1± acres, a short 2.20 miles east of the property, on the entrance of Tay Parker Road. The Old Farmhouse lodge offers three sizable bedrooms (sleeps 18), three bathrooms, kitchen, great room with fireplace, and two car garage. The roof and one of the HVAC units was replaced in 2020. An equipment shop and game cleaning area is located just behind the lodge. A few storage containers provide additional space to park side-by-sides and ATV's. A gas tank and pressure washer area is also located behind the lodge. The lodge is on the gravel road that dead ends into the property. You will have everything you need to fully enjoy hunting the Mississippi Delta! Delta Twin Lakes Farm has been strictly managed for deer and the trail/harvest pictures show it.
