This home was not sold in September..I have lived in the house since Oct.1998. I am not sure where this information came from. If it sold September 2013, who bought the house? I am making the payments on the house and it is in my name as of September of 2013.That could be the confusion. I did not buy ot for $1.00.Thank you!
