My girlfriend and I found and purchased our dream home and need to find someone to take over the lease to our two-story town home apartment as soon as possible. The apartment is part of the Willow Lake Apartments complex in College Park. We're looking for someone to take over our Meridian style floorplan. It is a two-story layout with an open loft area and is very spacious. Taking over our existing lease also means you will get a monthly rate that is a significantly lower than walking in off the street and renting the same layout for what they charge now. We loved living at Willow Lake and were there for more than 3 years. The amenities are really tough to beat. Great pool, gym, indoor basketball court, trash valet (they will pick it up from your door, which is great when it's 7 degrees outside!), tennis courts, pet spa, large club house, free car care center with air and vacuum, fun monthly events, easy walk to Starbucks/Five Guys/Trader Joe's. Because we need to get out of the lease ASAP we will pay your application fee ($70 for singles, $100 for couples) and will give you $200 cash toward your rent. We cannot afford to pay our new mortgage and the lease on this now empty apartment and need to get the lease moved over quickly. Some of the perks: - You get our lower monthly rental rates - The floorplan is expansive and open, perfect for a couple or a bachelor/ette. - Our lease expires at the end of March, so if you are looking for a shorter-term option this is the place for you! - Of course, if you want to stay, you'll just need to renew the lease (Willow Lake has options for one year, half a year, or month-to-month) - Washer/Dryer included in unit - Willow Lake installed a new HVAC system for our unit in September, so you'll have very efficient heating & cooling You can learn more at the website we set up (ReLeasePaulandAshley.com) and check out Willow Lake at ntswillowlake.com. Text or call Paul at 317-Four Nine Zero-5817.A Happy to answer any questions or set up a time to give you a tour of the unit and complex. Thanks.
