A whole year was spent remodeling this house and EVERYTHING is brand new! Kitchen has white cabinets with quartzite counters, new sink, refrigerator, and oven. Brand new waterproof laminate flooring. The bathroom has a new tiled shower, new vanity, toilet, and a stackable washer & dryer. A mini-split unit was installed in the bedroom providing heat and air for the entire unit there are also 2 ceiling fans. The only thing original is the fireplace and a couple windows. There is a small concrete patio with enough room for a small table, chairs, and a barbecue. There is 1 designated parking spot. You must open up a post office box at our local post office because mail is not delivered to houses in Silverado. UPS, FedEx, and Amazon do deliver to the houses. Please only apply if you are comfortable living in a canyon environment which poses the risk of fires, mudslides, evacuations, and wildlife. We also experience power outages when Edison turns the power off for fire safety precautions. If that doesn't scare you away, you will love the small town feel of Silverado. We have a local cafe, market, post office, community center, playground, and brand new Mexican restaurant. Silverado holds many events such as summer concerts, a country fair, Christmas in the Canyons, and much more! Silverado is only 20 minutes away from town, but gives you a small town feel where everyone knows everybody.
