New double pane security windows throughout, updated kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. New siding and trim around the exterior. Newer energy efficient furnace and hot water heater. Tenant safety is a priority with motion light and steel doors in the front and back. Fenced-in back yard and a large front porch. Appliances included and in good shape, laundry on site. Off street parking available. Landlord is a UWM alum living in the neighborhood maintaining over 20 years of rental experience near campus and holds excellent landlord ratings.
