My job is transferring to Georgia so I am DESPERATE to sub-let my apartment! Apartment is available starting September 1st! The apartment lease is from September 1, 2015 to February 29, 2016. I absolutely love living in my apartment, but I have to go where the job is... This is an adorable, corner apartment in English Village in Mountain Brook. The PERFECT location to delicious restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shopping, supermarkets, Birmingham Zoo, Lakeview, entertainment, and multiple hospitals such as UAB, St. Vincent's, and Brookwood. The apartment is located in a safe area with college students, young and old families, and young professionals. I know all of my neighbors, and they are wonderful (they'll even cook for you). The apartments were built in the 1930s so it has cute charm. There is hardwood throughout and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a window unit in the living room that provides heat and cooling. The window units in the bedrooms only offer cooling, but radiators provide heat during the winter (like serious heat). There is a set $195 utility rate per month. This covers your power and doesn't change EVER so there is no stress in running window units, having lights on, etc. Each bedroom has over head lighting, ceiling fan, window unit, and closet. There are 4-on site laundry facilities, 24-hr fitness center, 24-hr maintenance, and the people in the office are very nice and helpful. Cats are allowed, dogs are not (silly management rules). Redmont has raised the cost of rent since I moved in, so it is cheaper to rent my unit because my rate is honored since the increase :) Email or call me if you want to see the apartment!
