The Landlord can access this area at any time with or without notice though the Landlord will try to notify the Tenant prior. The landlord shall park boats, jet skis, etc. and trailers and other items in the Back Yard area (personal property). Tenant understands that they will allow the Landlord to plug an extension cord into the home at their expense to be used to power battery charger maintainers. The Tenant shall promptly put all utilities in their name. In the event the Utilities are put into the Tenants name the Tenant shall promptly reimburse the Landlord for such Utilities plus any administration costs within 5 days of receipt. The Tenant may use the back yard for their dogs. Tenant must clean up after the animal waste (feces) weekly and the animals should not impede the Landlords property or impede the Landlord from gaining access to the Landlord's personal property. If any utility bills for 285 E Roland Carson City, NV 89701, not put into the clients name will be estimated for the month and added to the current month's rent and due by the first of each month.
