The house is in great shape and was recently renovated with new tile floors, bathrooms, and paint inside. The entire HVAC system is less than 2 years old. The refrigerator/freezer is new. There is a large, screened patio(1138 sq. ft) that is great for entertaining. Of huge help to us is a yard building with 192 sq. ft of storage that is perfectly matched to the house. You need to see this house in person to appreciate the location, condition, and feel.
