Maintenance & Notice Tenant must promptly notify Property Manager of any condition requiring repair or maintenance, including conditions that could cause damage or affect health or safety, in accordance with the Lease and Texas Property Code Chapter 92. 7. HVAC Filters Tenant is responsible for regular replacement of HVAC air filters during the lease term. Tenant may be held financially responsible for damages resulting from failure to maintain or replace filters as required.
