Looking for a sublet for any part of January-June in a 3 bed/3.5 bath house just above Patterson Park! It's a basement room with private bathroom, hallway, and small living room. Room is unfurnished except for a dresser, but the rest of the house is fully furnished and very cozy. The house has a washer/dryer in-unit and very reliable street parking. 1 roommate is moving out while Jack and Harper are staying through the end of June. We're both mid-20's; he's a stage manager and I'm a public school teacher. We have friends over occasionally, and would love to hang out with you (or leave you alone if that's not your thing!).
