It takes me 8 minutes to arrive to Austin Bergstrom. 1.7 Miles to the Town Lake Trail AKA Lady Bird Lake on bike path. 5 min drive. 1.2 Miles to Lower Walnut Creek Trail / Pathway. 4 min drive. 1 Mile to Rosewood Park.
