For any student familiar with the campus, the apartment is right behind Copies Plus on South Foundry Avenue and campus buildings can easily be seen. Parking on site may be possible for $60 per semester and is guaranteed at a church down the street for $25 per semester. The lease includes the fall 2015 and spring 2016 semester, excluding summer and winter breaks. Rent is $1850 per semester and includes water, electric, and heat, but neither trash nor internet and cable. Trash is $90 per year for the entire group and any portion of the rent allotted for the electricity and water that is not used by the end of the school year shall be split and returned to the tenants along with the $300 security deposit. This spot in the lease is currently signed by another party who wishes to sign over the lease and therefore the $300 security deposit and $800 in rent that she has already invested will be due to her. Additionally, though the rent is listed per month, the payments are made per semester and therefore $1450 will be due to the landlord on July 1st for the fall 2015 rent.
