The living room has crown molding and larger baseboards. The baseboards in the master bedroom were just upgraded. The walls in the living room and master bedroom have been recently painted. The front yard requires minimal upkeep as the yard was xeriscaped a few months ago. The use of the two neighborhood pools is included with this house. The property is managed by the owner so you don't have to deal with a property management company. I am willing to reduce the rent for a longer term lease. My last tenants were with me for almost 4 years. They were a wonderful couple who took care of the house. Applicant must complete Zillow application online prior to house tour.
