The only reason he left was because he bought a house. Off street parking. No smoking and no pets. Owner pays for water, garbage collection, snow plow and lawn. Tenant pays gas and electric. Lease term is for a year. But would consider other arrangements. There is a pool on the premises but the use of the pool is not included. There is a garage on the premises that is being used for storage so it is not available to the tenant. However, the tenant can park in the driveway. No smoking and no pets.
