This apartment is great! It is on Lancashire Road, right off of Coventry, and VERY close to University Hospitals, Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic. It is also within walking distance of bars, restaurants (Tommy's milkshakes!), and shops on Coventry, Lee Road, and in Little Italy. There is a big front room with great windows for a lot of natural light. It has two nicely sized bedrooms with big closets in each, one bathroom (completely tiled and in good condition) with a washer/dryer in suite! The best part is the kitchen. It is HUGE and, honestly, we do not want to give it up.Tenant is responsible for utilities.
