Looking for somebody to take over my apartment lease! I need to move out of my apartment and you can move in at the start of December! The lease doesn't end until August of 2018! You will be required to fill out an application and pay a small a application fee! When lease is up, you can renew the lease in your name only, or move out. This is a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment with a great size living room, den, kitchen and patio! It is located in a very nice and safe residential area of Toledo and offers free parking right out in front of the apartment. There is a pool, playground, laundry facilities, and reliable maintenance/management! The security deposit will be transferred over to you as you will be the new temporary lease holder, so you will receive the deposit after the lease period ends! It also means no deposits for move in! The kitchen has convenient appliances and the living room/bedrooms have beige/off-white carpet. There is central heating and air throughout the unit. TONS of closet space!
