This is a great home for people who appreciate land. We have .54 acres but it seems like much more than that because there are two empty lots on each sode of the house. The land goes right down to the creek with a great swimming and fishing spot. Its also great for four wheeling and camp fires. The house is in good shape we have replaced the living room and master bed rooms carpet with scratch resistant wood flooring. The house is heated by propane and we use window units for the ac but there is a place for a swamp cooler on the roof. The house is on city water and a septic tank for sewer!!
