It is in walking distance to the Cedar River Trail. It has the capacity to hold one or two adults and/or one small dog. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Utilities are all inclusive (see lease terms for price), except for TV and internet. There is also a possibility for some extra garage storage space depending on the need.
