My home is beautiful. It is cozy in winter. I enjoy a natural fireplace. The windows keep cold air out. It is cool in summer. Central air conditioning works great. I added a three season glassed in room some years ago on the back of the house with a gas fireplace to make the room cozy in winter. Off the back porch is an entrance to a yard size newly fenced in dog pen. In the basement there is a finished rec room and a newer furnace about 7 years old. Electric outlets have been updated for higher amp service. The driveway was redone in the last 10 years. The roof on the house was replaced in the last 10 years. The garage roof was replaced last summer. The garage and house outside woodwork was all repainted last summer. Landscaping and new plantings were done in last few years. All rooms in the house were repainted. Some need to be repainted now. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout the first floor and carpeting upstairs. The kitchen cabinets and counters were redone about 10 years ago with an island added with a granite top. The wood floors need to be refinished and some rooms repainted. They are next on the list! The upstairs is one large bedroom with a half bath and a very large walk in closet. The chimney was retucked and the back wall of house reattached years ago. All of these dates are approximate as I don’t have my paperwork with me. So the dates are ballpark dates for now. But my house is a beautiful house to raise a family. It’s a lovely home. I have lived in this home for about 29 years.
