The office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. There is a $50 application fee which can be paid with money order or cash. Once the credit and background check has been approved then we can give you a key for a live viewing or we can move forward with accepting the $500 deposit. You will have two weeks to move forward with paying the rent and signing the lease after the deposit is paid.
