This is a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood and in a great school district. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled, and we've added tile floors throughout. Every inch of the house, inside and outside, has been repainted. We've also converted to a gas fireplace, added a large built-in china cabinet, and recently refinished the pool. The yard is fabulous and features large shade trees, many varieties of cacti, and other desert plants. It has two storage buildings in the back, one with electric. There's enough room to add a guest house if desired. This is a great house that has been well maintained and upgraded inside and out!
