**First month's rent is FREE** One room available in a three bedroom apartment. Located at The Renaissance at 29th, the apartment style is the Rembrandt. There is one other resident (me, 25M), the third room is used as a communal gaming space. Common spaces are furnished. You will have your own bathroom, but it's not connected to the bedroom. Your portion of the rent is $950, and utilities typically cost about $150 per person (this includes cable, WiFi, electricity, water, waste, etc.). No deposit necessary. All parking spots are open, but you'll need to register your car for $8 a month (all spaces are free for visitors, only have to pay for tenants/those staying overnight. FYI: You will need to be approved through the leasing office, and sign the lease. Lease renews September 1st. The room is available March 1st. Bathroom will be empty upon arrival.
