I am a 420 friendly guy who owns a home in Greensboro NC. Looking for two or three 420 and LGBT friendly stable roommates preferably who partake regularly like I do. One room available Jun 1st 2 more rooms available July 1st. Rent would be 420 per month ALL utilities included. I have a small female Beagle/Dachshund puppy who is not quite 100% house broken but we're working on it. I am pet friendly but require a 20/month pet fee only if your pet is over 25 pounds and would highly prefer adult dogs who are housebroken. It is 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. One in the master and one shared upstairs. am willing to rent single rooms or you can rent an additional second room for an extra 200. The yard is fairly large non-fenced I take care of lawn maintenance so you won't have to worry about that. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a fire pit in yard washer and dryer upstairs 2 parking spots in the driveway and open on street parking in front of and beside the home. Neighbors are very friendly and we are on good terms. Again 420/LGBT friendly only please. No couples unless renting a second room for an office. I'd like to keep to a max of 4 people for space reasons. Let me know if you have questions.
