Our home is on the fantastic Regal Palms resort and is conveniently situated for everything that Orlando has to offer . The resort also offers a peaceful retreat away from the parks and can be enjoyed all year round . You will find it hard to tear yourself away from the pool . We are conveniently situated on US 27 , a mere stones throw from the nearest supermarket and a few minutes from a large Walmart . There is a variety of eating places on the doorstep and many more at close distance . Disney Parks are 15-20 minutes drive , Seaworld 30 mins and Universal 35 minutes .Legoland is 40 minutes away . The beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast with warm water can be reached in under an hour and a half . The resort fee is $15 per night and is payable direct to the resort at check-in ; unfortunately this is outside our control . This home has all new appliances, new furniture and is just a short walk to the clubhouse/waterpark. No Smoking allowed, No parties allowed, must be 25 to rent this home, this home has a max of 8 people. This is a vacation resort home.
