built in the 90s, almost no one has lived here, however i moved in about 4 months ago, and spent the entire time bringing everything up to date and beautifully furnishing the house as it is the IDEAL beach house. The setup is currently a 2+2 with large master, walk in closet, and 2 full bathrooms. The house has a very open floorplan beautifully contrasting contemporary elements with warm mid-century design. The home is 100% turn-key, includes all the creature comforts, a 2 car car garage, a large 400sqft rooftop deck with the most unreal sunsets and views from the islands, to the pier, all the way to pt dume. There is very easy access to the most desireable and low-key beach in LA - where you are closeby many of the clubs, volleyball, soccer, the beach path, etc.; you name it, its here! You can literally show up with a suitcase, and live for a year, and have absolutely everything you need, taking the headache out of it all, while you reside in this perfect little beach bubble away enough from the hustle and bustle of LA (feels like an island vacation), but insanely easy access to SM and surrounding areas. This is a great spot for a professional and/or couple as the vibes, privacy and activity are all 10/10, while the 2nd bedroom is currently converted into a work/creative studio. The property is warm, and full of life, although situated in a rather contemporary building - but don't be scared, it is full of light (and blinds if you don't like the sun), has full sonos, massive TVs, kitchen, highest-quality internet across the entire house; you name it, its here! This is a very very special slice of LA, and a very very special apartment with not too many cons, however I personally will not be able to enjoy it this upcoming year, so after all the hard work, i believe someone definitely should! All of this will be taken care of myself, I want this property to maintain its heir of ease with all the access you will ever need. From sonos to internet to traditional bills, it will all be covered (just don't take 5 hour showers). I am open to renting the place really any number of months and the quality of the tenant to me is the money. Offers welcome, trying to find the right fit and duration; flexible on my end.
