The house if fully functioning meaning all linens, pots and pans, washer/dryer, vacuum, blender, coffee pot, tea pot. No television. There is a room downstairs that can be used for a 3rd bedroom, playroom or breakfast room. This property will be available December 20th 2025. Leases may be 3 months or longer. Rent includes utilities lawn care, pest control and internet. Renter pays rent by the 3rd of each month. Renter pays for all repairs $150 or under. Renter takes trash to dump located on hwy 107 and never leaves it outside under any circumstances due to wildlife in the area. Renter keeps dogs under control at all times. No visitors more than 14 days or their name needs to be added to the lease. No leases less than 90 days. Credit check and background check required.
