The house is currently set up to sleep 7 with multiple areas in the home that could be used for private or collaborative study time. One bedroom has a private entry/exit. The master bedroom (which has two beds) has a shower/bathroom en-suite. There is parking on site at the property. However, with the great location of the house in relation to Harding's campus a car would not even be needed. The house is a four minute walk to the Benson auditorium and Student Center. It is a three minute walk to the Bible, Business, and Science buildings. It is the perfect location for a group of HU students. A security deposit of one month's rent would be required upon signing a lease agreement. Lease agreements are a minimum of one semester for college students. No convicted felons and no registered sex offenders allowed on the property at any time. If tenants are Harding students, all Harding code of conduct must be adhered to. Tenants must be respectful of the quiet, familial environment on Harding Drive and may not engage in conduct that would disturb or be a nuisance to the neighbors. We would consider a small pet.
