ESTATE SALE BY AUCTION This AUCTION of 27 Allston Street, Lawrence, Massachusetts will be conducted on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 10:00AM, on the premises. The sale will be conducted by Atty. Timothy D. Sullivan, Administrator of the Estate of Ida Keefe (the "Seller"). Seller will require $5000 non refundable deposit. The property auctioned is 27 Allston Street, Lawrence, Massachusetts. It is further described in a Deed to Michael J. Keefe and Ida M. Keefe, dated May 28, 1954 and recorded in the Lawrence Massachusetts Registry of Deeds at Book 792, Page 322. The sale is subject to final approval of the Essex County Probate and Family Court, which approval will be sought immediately following the auction. Interested parties are the City of Lawrence which holds a tax lien of approximately $20,000 and the Department of Medical Assistance (MassHealth) which has a lien of $245,592.79. MassHealth reserves the right to review and approve the sale. But, the Department of Medical Assistance understands that its lien may not be satisfied in full. The property is to be conveyed with the property taxes and MassHealth lien paid. The property is being sold "As Is" and the Seller makes no representations regarding the possible use of the property or of any other potential liens.
