It is a central location between downtown/university and Joyce street corridor, and across the street from gully park! It has all furniture, decor, electronics, kitchenware, linens etc. and is move in ready. Only two bedrooms are available as the third bedroom is locked for the owners storage, but this can be discussed if 3 bedrooms are needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been updated in the recent past, and while the kitchen has not yet been fully updated it does have all new appliances. It has a deck out back when the weather is nice, and it has garage access plus driveway parking. We require a month-to-month rental agreement. If you agree to this option landlord will pay certain utilities which are all already established. The lease does not allow for establishing additional/new utilities at this residence. Security deposit is required, but it is less than one months rent because of the month-to-month arrangement. There is a non-negotiable cleaning fee of $250 included in the lease upon move out which can be deducted from security deposit. We prefer no pets, but if you have a cat or small dog, we would require a pet deposit in addition to security deposit. In addition to damage, if additional cleaning is required because of the pet upon move-out, it will be deducted from this deposit. Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited, and the lease agreement indicates significant penalty for smoking inside the property. Parking is free and garage access is available for 1 car plus there is a cement slab for parking.
