Large back yard - large master with very large closet - 3 car garage - Updated last year with new flooring (carpet and wood planking) and paint. House is located in and HOA - so there are rules regarding weeds - trash - parking. Tenant responsible for all utilities. $40 per adult background and credit ck fee. House was remodeled last year and we are planning to move back in after a couple years so we are looking for non-smoking tenants. The tenants are moving out soon so it should be available for Jan. 1st. Please view the property before asking for an application. I am usually available 5:30 pm (mon - fri) or on weekends. Please call and discuss your pets - there is usually a $ 30.00 per month (refundable) pet fee. I have my own application process and I don't give out applications until you visit the property.
